Canvas Architecture + Design worked to develop this new free-standing restaurant prototype for Mi Apa to replace their existing Alachua location. Combining a formal design that is contemporary with materials that are traditional and rustic this design reflects MI Apa’s founder Peter Ynigo’s vision of being forward looking while still connected to your cultural roots.
